内涵式转型发展:甘肃政法大学全面推进高水平政法大学建设的实践与探索  

On the Connotative Transformative Development:Taking Gansu University of Political Science and Law's Practice and Exploration of Comprehensively Constructing High-Quality Universities as the Example

摘　　要：内涵式转型发展有力推进了我国政法院校的历史性变革。甘肃政法大学在内涵式转型发展过程中,不断深化贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局,攻坚克难,采取一系列新举措推进高水平政法大学建设。在教育高质量发展新阶段,甘肃政法大学发展面临诸多挑战,主要表现在内涵式转型发展中核心竞争力不强、政策支持不够以及经费投入不足等方面。本文针对实现甘肃政法大学内涵式高水平发展提出了十二项新思路。The connotative transformative development has effectively promoted the historical transformation of Chinese colleges and universities of political science and law.Gansu University of Political Science and Law has been striving for overcome difficulties in the process of continuously deepening the implementation of new development concepts,and constructing a new development pattern.The university has adopted a series of new measures to promote the construction of a high-level university of political science and law in the process of connotative transformation and development.In the new stage of developing high-quality education,Gansu University of Political Science and Law faces many challenges,which are mainly manifested in the weak core competitiveness,insufficient policy support and lack of funding in the development of connotative transformation.This article puts forward twelve new measures for realizing the connotative high-level development of Gansu University of Political Science and Law.
