新时代应用型政法院校高质量发展的路径选择——以上海政法学院为例

摘　　要：应用型政法院校承载着新时代赋予的特殊的历史使命,需要直面世界百年未有之大变局加速演进的深刻调整,直面国家与地方经济社会发展的战略需求,直面国内外高等教育千帆竞发的竞争态势,直面教育对外开放、信息技术革新带来的诸多挑战。以上海政法学院为例,新时代应用型政法院校需要以未来为导向,坚持应用型特色,打造特色鲜明的应用型人才培养体系,强化差异化发展;优化大学治理体系,深化新时代教育评价改革,坚守自身办学定位,持续推进校院两级管理改革,坚持共享发展、提升师生共建共享成果获得感,推动现代化发展;以积极汇聚优质办学资源为基础融通地方与世界,以积极的国际化姿态在发展中创品牌,增进开放化发展。Applied Colleges and Universities of Political Science and Law carry the special historical mission entrusted by the New Era.These colleges and universities need to face up to the accelerating changes in the world unseen in a century to the profound adjustment of evolution.These colleges and universities need to face the strategic needs of national and regional economic and social development.These colleges and universities need to face the competitive situation of domestic and overseas higher education.These colleges and universities need to face the many challenges brought about by the opening up of education and the innovation of information technology.To take Shanghai University of Political Science and Law as an example,in the new era,the applied colleges and universities of political science and law need to be future-oriented,adhere to application-oriented characteristics,and create a distinctive application-oriented talent cultivation system,and strengthen differentiated development.The colleges and universities should optimize university governance System,deepen the reform of education evaluation in the New Era,adhere to its own school-running positioning,continue to promote the university-school management reform,adhere to shared development,enhance the sense of achievement of shared results between teachers and students,and promote development modernization.The colleges and universities should also actively gather high-quality school resources as the basis for integration the local and the global,create a brand in development with an active international attitude,and promote openness development.
