摘　　要：中国法治新时代、国际形势新格局与信息技术新革命都对法学建设提出了新要求。新时代新法学的建设应当体现新的指导思想、探索新的学科结构、抓住特殊关键主体。法学与其他学科交叉融合不仅是社会治理的需求,更是新法学建设的方向,还是政法类高校优化学科体系的必由之路。政法类高校作为新法学建设的主力单位,应当发挥标杆和引领作用。各院校依托其优势特色学科,积极推动法学与其他学科全面交叉融合,主次分明、寻求创新突破口,并立足深厚法学科学基础,优化学科体系以适应新法学发展趋势,开创新兴学科以回应社会治理需求。In the New Era of the rule of law in China,the new pattern of the international situation and the new revolution of information technology all brings about new requirements for the construction of law as a discipline.In the New Era,the construction of the new science of law should reflect and carry new guiding ideology,explore new discipline structures,and grasp special key subjects.The intersection of law and other disciplines is not only to serve the needs of social governance,but also the direction of the construction of the new science of law.And it is also the only way for colleges and universities of political science and law to optimize the discipline system.As the primary cultivation unit of the new science of law,colleges and universities of political science and law should play a benchmarking and leading role.They should rely on its superior and charac-teristic disciplines to actively promote the comprehensive interdisciplinarity of law and other disciplines,carry out their work with a clear primary and secondary order,and seek innovation breakthroughs;meanwhile,their work should be carried out based on a solid foundation of the science of law,and optimize the discipline system to adapt to the development trend of new law,and eventually create new emerging disciplines to feedback the needs of social governance.
