摘　　要：习近平法治思想是新时代法治中国实践的思想旗帜和行动纲领,是我国法学教育和法治人才培养的根本遵循。华东政法大学立足法学底蕴和人才培养优势,在认真深入学习领会习近平法治思想的精神实质基础上,将“立足中国、兼收并蓄、面向未来、体现特色”作为习近平法治思想深度融入法学人才培养的总体定位,兼顾法学教育与学校发展定位的历史性与现实性、全局性与地方性、共识性与创新性等实践特征,着力从人才培养体系、学科建设体系、学术话语体系、社会服务体系四位一体来全面和系统地阐释习近平法治思想,拓展法治教育具体内涵,打造习近平法治思想“三进三融”创新法治人才培养模式的地方法学院校特色样本。Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is the ideological banner and action guideline for the practice of the rule of law in China in the New Era,and it is the fundamental follow-up of Chinese legal education and the cultivation of rule-of-law talent.Based on the advantages in academic background in the science of law and talent cultivation,East China University of Political Science and Law establishes a solid foundation of deep studying the spirit of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and sets an overall positioning of legal talent cultivation which is deeply integrated Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law to present the features of“Basing on China,incorporate things of diverse nature,facing up to the future and displaying the characteristics”.This model takes practical characteristics into account,which includes integration of the history and reality of legal education and the university's development and positioning,locality and globality,common sense and innovation.The university also strives for systematically and comprehensively explain Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law from the integrated four systems,namely,talent cultivation system,disciplinary construction system,academic discourse system and social work system.All these measures expand the specific connotations of legal education,establish the“Three Enterings and Three Integratings”of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and innovate the cultivation mode of the rule-of-law talent for the purpose of building a specific example for regional colleges and universities of political science and law.
