摘 要:包被技术起源于20世纪30年代,经过九十多年的研究和应用,已发展出200余种工艺。活性物质经包被后形成微胶囊,其主要目的是为了保护有效成分、改善使用性能、提高生物利用度和减少对机体的损伤等,解决饲料工业中的一些痛点问题,因此包被技术在20世纪70年代被引入到饲料添加剂行业。随着包被型丁酸钠、氧化锌、氯化胆碱、半胱胺等产品的应用和推广,饲料添加剂包被产品的效果逐渐得到认可。现阶段,针对饲料添加剂包被产品仍缺少有效的、统一的评价和监管体系。本文主要就饲料添加剂包被产品的作用原理、制备工艺及检测方法进行综述,旨在为包被技术在饲料添加剂行业中的应用提供参考。Encapsulation techniques originated in the 1930s, and have developed more than 200 coating process since then.The coated active agents are called microcapsule. The main purposes of coating are to protect the active agents, improve the performance, enhance the bioavailability and reduce the damage to the body, which could solve some problems in feed industry, so this technology was applied to coat feed additive in the 1970s. With the application and popularity of some microcapsule products like sodium butyrate, zinc oxide, choline chloride, cysteamine, the advantages of coated feed additives are gradually recognized. So far, there is still a lack of effective and standard evaluation and supervision system for coated feed additives. This review introduces the principle of action, preparation and evaluation methods of coated feed additives,aiming to provide reference for the application of encapsulation techniques in feed additive industry.
