摘　　要：通过对中国古代医德思想及相关医事制度、医疾律令进行梳理,归纳出以重人贵生的道德意识为价值取向;以以人为本和崇尚医理的从医理念为基本原则;以平等尊重和甘于奉献的道德觉悟为基本准则;以学医习业、行业准入、疾病施治、言行举止、诊疗取酬的外化标准为具体道德要求的中国古代医德规范体系。并立足于当下分析古代医德规范体系的合理性、进步性和局限性,以此为基础探讨其精神实质对当今培育医学生人文精神、规范医生医疗行为、构建和谐医患关系的重要意义。By combing the Chinese ancient medical ethics thought and relevant medical legal system orders,this article summarizes the ancient medical ethics normative system in China,which takes the moral consciousness of respecting life and spirit as its value orientation.It follows the basic principles of people-oriented and medical science,taking the moral consciousness of equal respect and selfless dedication as the basic criterion,taking the externalized standards of medical study,access,treatment,speech and remuneration as the specific ethical requirements.Based on the analysis of the rationality,progress and limitations of the ancient medical ethics normative system,it discusses its significance for cultivating the humanistic spirit of medical students,standardizing doctors'medical behaviors and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
