摘　　要：疫情防控和医疗救治是疫情期间对医院管理能力和医生判断决策能力的考验,通过剖析1例疫情期间密接人员集体毒蘑菇中毒事件的医疗救治过程中出现的问题,探讨面对疫情防控和救治的矛盾、患者知情选择权和生命健康权的矛盾、医疗欠费和诊疗保障的矛盾等一系列临床伦理问题,只有及时做出正确的决策才是保障患者生命安全的关键。就如何坚持“生命至上”的原则,建立科学的防控救治体系、处理好知情不同意的事件以及探索更完善的应急救助保障机制提出笔者的观点,期待为临床决策和医院管理工作提供一些启发和借鉴。Epidemic prevention and control and medical treatment are the tests to hospital management ability and doctors'judgment and decision-making ability during epidemics.Through analyzing the problems in the medical treatment of a collective mushroom poisoning incident of closely-contact people during the epidemic,the paper discusses a series of clinical ethical issues,such as the contradiction between medical treatment and epidemic prevention and control,the contradiction between patient's informed choice and the right of life and health,the contradiction between medical treatment arrearage and medical security.Making right decisions in time is the only key to safeguard the patients'life safety.This paper puts forward the author's views on how to adhere to the concept of"life first",establish a scientific prevention and control treatment system,deal with the events of informed disagreement,and explore a more perfect emergency rescue safeguard mechanism,hoping to provide some inspiration and reference for clinical decision-making and hospital management.
