从动物感知的视角谈实验动物伦理问题

摘　　要：实验动物依靠感觉器官感知外界环境和身体变化,并同人类一样存在意识,能表达情感。动物实验会不可避免地给实验动物造成疼痛和痛苦,也会影响动物的情感和行为,从而引发实验动物伦理问题。影响实验动物福利伦理问题产生的主要因素包括环境、营养、饲养管理和实验人员的伦理意识等。实验人员应该抱着尊重生命、善待动物的态度,在伦理道德的约束下科学合理地使用实验动物。动物实验要遵循“3R”原则,要接受伦理审查;实验中要对动物遭受的疼痛和痛苦进行科学评价,并适时选择仁慈终点和实施安死术。Laboratory animals rely on sensory organs to perceive changes in the external environment and their body,and they are perceptual the same as humans.Animal experiments will inevitably cause pain and suffering to laboratory animals,and also affect their emotions and behaviors,which leads to ethical problems of laboratory animals.The main factors affecting the welfare and ethics of laboratory animals include environment,nutrition,breeding and management,and the ethical consciousness of researchers.Researchers should respect life,treat animals kindly,and use laboratory animals scientifically and rationally under the constraints of ethics and morality.Animal experiment protocol should follow the"3R"principle and be subject to ethical review.Moreover,the pain and suffering encountered by animals should be scientifically evaluated,and the benevolent endpoint and euthanasia should be timely implemented in the experiment.
