摘 要:通过构建叙事医学视域下医学生人文关怀能力“理论+实践”双轨培养路径,探讨基于叙事医学理念的理论教学及社会实践对提升医学生人文关怀能力的效果。研究随机选取温州医科大学临床医学专业一年级184名学生为研究对象,并随机分为试验组与对照组,试验组接受叙事医学理论教学及社会实践干预。干预前后运用人文关怀能力量表(care ability inventory,CAI)结合反思日志评估研究对象的人文关怀能力,结果显示干预后试验组CAI总分及各维度得分较对照组均有显著提高。叙事医学理念指导下的医学生人文关怀能力双轨培养路径具备有效性和可行性。This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of narrative medicine education on the humanistic care ability of medical students based on a dual track cultivation path of theoretical humanistic education and social practice.184 cases of freshmen majored in clinical medicine were sampled from Wenzhou Medical University and randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group received narrative medicine theory education and humanistic care social practice.The effectiveness was evaluated by means of care ability inventory(CAI)and reflective journals of the participants.The results showed that after the intervention,the total score of CAI and the scores of most dimensions of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.In conclusion,the combined approach of medical humanistic education was proved to be effective and feasible.
