摘　　要：随着抗生素的大量使用,不断地有新型耐药菌出现,给临床诊断和治疗带来了很大的困难。因此,快速、灵敏、特异性强的研究方法成为新型抗生素的研究热点,本文就万古霉素荧光探针的制备及其在细菌感染的诊断、万古霉素药效研究和药物机制研究中的潜在用途作简要阐述。With the extensive use of antibiotics,new drug-resistant bacteria appeared,which make the clinical diagnosis and treatment more difficult.Therefore,rapid,sensitive,and specific research methods have become the research focus of new antibiotics.In this paper,the preparation of vancomycin fluorescent probes and their potential applications in the detection of bacterial infections,the study of vancomycin pharmacodynamics,and mechanism of drug action are briefly described.
