摘　　要：质谱仪具有价格昂贵、维护成本高、运行环境严格、要求技术人员专业技术程度高等特点。如何保证此类设备平稳高效的运行,如何进一步做好开放使用管理使其在教学、科研、生产中发挥更大的作用,是众多高校、科研院所面临的长久课题。从科学专业的实验室建设,使用制度规范流程化,专人负责分级开放等几个方面介绍质谱室运行五年来的管理经验,以为更多质谱类实验室提供参考。Mass spectrometer is expensive,high maintenance cost,operation complex and requires high degree of specialization.Therefore,how to ensure a good efficiency and steady operation of such equipment,and how to do a better job in the open sharing management so that they can play a greater role in the teaching and research is a long-term issue faced by many universities and research institutes.This paper introduces the management experience of mass spectrometry laboratory in the past five years from the aspects of scientific professional laboratory construction,standardized process-based instructions,dedicated personnel responsibility and hierarchical open sharing,so as to provide reference for more mass spectrometry laboratories.
