摘  要:目的:探讨S100P基因在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:使用多种在线生物信息学数据库分析S100P的分子表达、调控网络及预后价值。结果:S100P基因在乳腺癌中的表达水平明显高于正常组织(P<0.05);S100P表达水平与乳腺癌淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),且高表达水平与较差的预后有关(P<0.001);S100P主要参与糖基化、粒细胞活化等生物学过程,并与蛋白酶体、白细胞介素-17等信号通路相关。结论:S100P在乳腺癌中高表达,是乳腺癌诊断、治疗和预后的潜在靶点。Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of S100P gene in breast cancer. Methods:A variety of online bioinformatics databases were used to analyze the molecular expression,regulatory network and prognostic value of S100P.Results:The expression level of S100P gene in breast cancer was significantly higher than that in normal tissues(P<0.05). S100P expression was correlated with lymph node metastasis in breast cancer(P<0.05),and high expression level was associated with poor prognosis(P<0.001). S100P was mainly involved in biological processes such as glycosylation and granulocyte activation,and was related to proteasome,IL-17 and other signal pathways. Conclusion:High expression of S100P in breast cancer is a potential target for diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of breast cancer.
