摘  要:目的探讨基于BOPPPS模式的雨课堂教学在实习护生实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月-6月在笔者所在医院实习的100名实习护生为对照组,2021年1月-6月在笔者所在医院实习的100名实习护生为观察组。对照组采用传统教学方法,观察组采用雨课堂与BOPPPS模式相结合的教学方法。轮转结束后,比较2组理论及实践能力考核成绩、自主学习能力得分、实习护生对教学的评价。结果观察组理论和实践能力得分均高于对照组(t=3.22,P<0.01;t=4.31,P<0.01);观察组自主学习能力和教学评价均好于对照组(t=8.17,P<0.01;P<0.05)。结论基于BOPPPS模式的雨课堂教学模式能有效提高护生的教学质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of applying rain classroom teaching based on BOPPPS model in practical teaching of nursing interns.Methods One hundred nursing interns practicing in the first half of 2019 were selected into the control group.The anther 100 students practicing in the first half of 2021 were selected into an observation group.The control group was taught in the traditional teaching method,while the observation group was provided with rain classroom teaching based on BOPPPS model.After the rotation,the teaching effect and the teaching evaluation of 2 groups were compared.Results The practical ability and assessment scores of nursing interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=3.22,P<0.01;t=4.31,P<0.01).The self-directed learning ability and teaching evaluationg of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(t=8.17,P<0.01;P<0.05).Conclusion Rain classroom teaching based on BOPPPS model can effectively improve the quality of nursing students,which is worthy of clinical application.
