摘  要:本文采用热氧化法制备了单晶(800℃)和具有无序超结构(600℃)的Na_(5)W_(14)O_(44)纳米片,利用扫描透射电子显微技术在原子尺度解析了无序超结构样品中单胞厚度的层状旋转畴结构。旋转畴的旋转角为120°和180°,不同厚度的旋转畴无序地拼接在一起构成无序超结构Na_(5)W_(14)O_(44)。根据群论的知识,从理论上解释了旋转畴结构形成的原因,结合实验确定了120°旋转的2种取向关系。本文加深了对复杂畴结构Na_(5)W_(14)O_(44)生长机理的理解,为调控层状结构的钠钨青铜材料的结构和性能提供了重要参考。In this paper,Na_(5)W_(14)O_(44) nanosheets with single⁃crystal(800℃)and disordered superstructure(600℃)were prepared by thermal oxidation method,and the single⁃cell thicknesses of the lamellar rotational domains in the samples were investigated at the atomic scale using transmission electron microscopy.The rotational angles of the lamellar rotational domains were mainly 120°and 180°,and the disordered superstructure of Na_(5)W_(14)O_(44) was formed by combining domains of different thicknesses in a disordered manner.Two orientation relations for 120°rotation were determined in combination with experiments.This paper has provided a deeper understanding of the growth mechanism of the Na_(5)W_(14)O_(44) with complicated domain structure,which is a significant reference for the regulation of the structure and properties in sodium tungsten bronze materials with lamellar structure.
