摘　　要：光学相干断层扫描(OCT)和光学相干断层扫描血流成像(OCTA)是眼科先进的检查手段,可对眼部进行高分辨率检测,发现眼部的细微病变。OCT和OCTA可用于视神经炎等多种疾病的诊断与随访,有助于临床医师了解疾病的临床表现及发展过程。本文就OCT和OCTA在视神经炎诊断中的应用进行综述。Optical coherence tomography(OCT)and optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)are advanced techniques with a high resolution for discovering minor lesions in eyes.OCT and OCTA can be used for the diagnosis and follow-up of optic neuritis and other diseases,which is helpful for clinicians in identifying the clinical manifestation and progression of the disease.This article reviews the application of OCT and OCTA in the diagnosis of optic neuritis.
