摘  要:研究了碳纤维长度和掺量对水泥稳定碎石材料弯拉强度的影响,测试碳纤维增强水泥稳定碎石在加载过程中的电阻率变化规律,分析利用材料压阻效应实现抗裂自感知的可行性。研究结果表明:碳纤维可以增强水泥稳定碎石的弯拉强度,提高其抗裂性;碳纤维掺量高于0.25%的水泥稳定碎石在弯拉破坏时,电阻率出现明显的突变,材料对裂缝的感知较为灵敏;可以采用长度为3mm、体积掺量为0.5%的碳纤维水泥稳定碎石作为智能道路监测的自感知材料。The influence of carbon fiber length and content on the flexural-tensile strength of cement stabilized macadam material is studied,the resistivity change rule of carbon fiber reinforced cement stabilized macadam in the loading process is tested,and the feasibility of using the material piezoresistive effect to achieve self-perception of crack resistance is analyzed.The research results show that:carbon fiber can enhance the flexural-tensile strength of cement stabilized macadam and improve its crack resistance;when the cement stabilized macadam with thecarbon fiber content higher than 0.25%is under the flexural-tensile failure,the resistivity appears obvious mutation,and the material is sensitive to the perception of cracks;the carbon fiber cement stabilized macadam with a length of 3mm and a volume content of 0.5%can be used as the self-perception material for intelligent road monitoring.
