摘 要:目的 对比碘伏与碘化钾治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。方法 41例牙周炎患者,根据治疗方法不同分为试验组(27例)和对照组(14例)。试验组患者应用碘伏和双氧水进行治疗,对照组患者应用碘化钾和双氧水进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后出血牙位数、咬合不适牙位数及牙松动>Ⅰ度牙位数。结果 试验组总有效率为96.30%,与对照组的92.86%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组出血牙位数(4.52±2.31)颗、咬合不适牙位数(1.19±1.21)颗及牙松动>Ⅰ度牙位数(1.33±1.30)颗与对照组的(4.14±1.96)、(0.64±1.08)、(0.64±1.08)颗比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但两组治疗后出血牙位数、咬合不适牙位数及牙松动>Ⅰ度牙位数均少于本组治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 碘伏与碘化钾治疗牙周炎的疗效无明显差异,但碘伏更容易获取,安全性更好,能够更好的推广。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of iodophor and potassium iodide in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods A total of 41 patients with periodontitis were divided into experimental group(27 cases)and control group(14 cases)according to different treatment methods.Patients in the experimental group were treated with iodophor and hydrogen peroxide,and patients in the control group were treated with potassium iodide and hydrogen peroxide.The therapeutic effect,the number of bleeding teeth,the number of malocclusion teeth and the number of teeth with loose teeth>gradeⅠbefore and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.30%,and the difference was not statistically significant compared with 92.86%of the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the number of bleeding teeth(4.52±2.31)teeth,the number of malocclusion teeth(1.19±1.21)teeth and the number of loose teeth>gradeⅠ(1.33±1.30)teeth in the experimental group were significantly different from(4.14±1.96),(0.64±1.08),and(0.64±1.08)teeth in the control group(P>0.05).However,the number of bleeding teeth,the number of malocclusion teeth and the number of loose teeth>gradeⅠdegree in the two groups after treatment were all lower than those before treatment in this group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in the efficacy of iodophor and potassium iodide in the treatment of periodontal inflammation,but iodophor is more readily available,safer,and can be better promoted.
