摘  要:教育焦虑是社会转型期难以回避的个人困扰与公共议题。该研究基于对上海等城市义务教育阶段家长的调查数据,发现当前大都市家长的教育焦虑主要表现为一种“强感受、弱伤害”的泛化群体心态;广大家长在面对不同来源焦虑刺激的同时,也承受着焦虑对身心福祉的冲击和影响;焦虑持续对家长展开“面广”而“精准”的打击,然而不同群体在回应和对抗焦虑时的处境却有别。这些现象说明大都市家长的教育焦虑越发呈现出“液态化恐惧”的表征,进一步演化出家长“身份认同”危机的势头,很大程度上是社会变革与转型的“附带损伤”。文章建议未来对家长教育焦虑问题的研究和治理要关注现象本身、聚焦事实测绘,借助多学科理论深入阐释;真正树立并培育“协同共治”的理念,从加强社会建设的视角切入,分阶段助推个体、家庭和社会层面的“去焦虑化”。Parental anxiety about education is an unavoidable realistic problem in the period of social transformation.It is not only a personal problem,but also an objective public issue.Based on the latest survey data of parents at the stage of compulsory education in Shanghai and other cities,this study finds that educational anxiety among parents in metropolitan cities is mainly a generalised group mentality of“strong feelings,weak harm”;the majority of parents face different sources of anxiety stimuli while also suffering the impact of anxiety on physical and mental well-being;anxiety continues to strike parents in a wide and precise way,but different groups vary when responding to anxiety.These phenomena show that the educational anxiety of metropolitan parents is increasingly characterized by“liquid fear,”it has further evolved into an identity crisis of the parents,and can be largely described as a“collateral damage”of social transformation.It is suggested that the future research and governance of parents’educational anxiety should focus on the phenomenon itself,or on factual mapping and in-depth interpretation with multidisciplinary theories;that the concept of“co-governance”be nurtured,and a“de-anxiety”process at the individual,family and societal levels be promoted step by step with the goal of strengthening the society.
