摘 要:目的:对比总结同种异体脱钙骨基质(DBM)填充对于颌骨囊肿骨缺损修复效果的影响。方法:收集某医院口腔颌面外科收治的30例颌骨囊肿患者,随机分为DBM组、骨粉组及空白组,各10例,分别在囊腔内植入DBM、Bio-oss骨粉及不植入材料,测量患者术后1、3、6个月同一平面冠状位下囊腔等面积标记下的HUI度值变化,对比骨缺损修复方式对于骨愈合的影响。结果:DBM组与另外两组对比,术后4~6个月囊腔内三、四类骨比例变化更加明显(P<0.05)。结论:DBM能够加快囊腔内骨组织生长,具有较好促进骨缺损融合作用。Objective:This paper aims to compare and summarize the effect of allogenic decalcified bone matrix(DBM)filling on the repair of jaw cyst bone defect.Methods:30 patients with jaw cyst from The Department of Oral and maxillofacial Survgery in the hospital were randomly divided into DBM group,bone meal group and blank group(n=10).DBM,Bio-oss bone meal and no implant materials were implanted in the cyst cavity respectively.Changes in HUI value of coronal cavity at the same plane were measured at 1,3,6 months postoperatively and the effects of bone defect repair methods on bone healing were compared.Results:Compared with the DBM group and the others,the proportion of three and four bones in the capsule changed more significantly at 4-6 months after the surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:DBM can accelerate the growth of bone tissue and promote the fusion of bone defect.
