摘　　要：目的:为急性脑梗死患者提供重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(rtpA)静脉溶栓治疗,对临床疗效进行观察分析。方法:选择于某医院接受治疗的80例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分入观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组应用常规治疗方案干预,而观察组则在常规治疗的同时,为其提供rtpA静脉溶栓治疗,对治疗效果进行分析对比。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的NIHSS评分明显低于同组治疗前(P<0.05),而GCS评分、Barthel评分则明显高于同组治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后各项评分相比较,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在开展常规治疗的同时,为急性脑梗死患者提供rtpA静脉溶栓治疗能让其神经功能缺损程度明显减轻,对其意识障碍程度进行显著改善,提升日常生活能力,治疗效果令人满意,值得推广。Objective:Provide rtPA intravenous thrombolytic therapy for patients with acute cerebral infarction,and observe and analyze the clinical efficacy.Methods:80 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in a hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).Routine treatment was used to intervene the control group,while the observation group was provided with rtPA intravenous thrombolysis at the same time of routine treatment,and the treatment effects were analyzed and compared.Results:the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,significantly higher than 62.5%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the same group before treatment(P<0.05),while the GCS score and Barthel score were significantly higher than that of the same group before treatment(P<0.05);Moreover,compared with the scores after treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:while carrying out routine treatment,providing rtPA intravenous thrombolytic therapy for patients with acute cerebral infarction can significantly reduce the degree of neurological impairment,significantly improve the degree of consciousness disorder,and improve the ability of daily living.The treatment effect is satisfactory,which is worthy of promotion.
