摘  要:目的:探讨临床路径结合CBL教学模式在神经内科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用价值。方法:选取某院神经内科进行规范化培训住院医师70名,随机分为实验组和对照组,各35名,实验组采用基于临床路径的CBL带教,对照组采用传统LBL带教,收集两组出科考试成绩、教学效果及满意度,并进行统计学分析。结果:实验组学员出科考核理论及技能成绩、教学效果、总满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于临床路径的CBL教学模式优于传统LBL教学模式,值得在神经内科住培临床带教工作中推广应用。Objective:To explore the application value of clinical pathway combined with CBL teaching model in standardized training and teaching of neurology resident doctors.Methods:70 residents in our department were selected for standardized training.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 35 each.The former adopts CBL teaching based on clinical pathway,and the latter adopts traditional LBL teaching.Two groups'subject examination results,teaching effect and satisfaction were elected,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results:The experimental group's academic performance,skill scores,teaching effect,and total satisfaction were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The CBL teaching model based on clinical pathway is better than the traditional LBL teaching model,and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical teaching work.
