摘 要:目的:探讨健康信念模式在高职护生职业防护行为中的应用效果。方法:将146名高职护生随机分为对照组和实验组,各73例。对照组采用传统的职业防护教育方法,实验组依据健康信念模式开展持续性的职业防护教育,干预前后对两组采用自行设计的护生职业防护健康信念与防护行为问卷进行调查。调查内容包括护生的基本情况、职业防护健康信念及其防护行为,并对所得资料进行统计分析。结果:干预前两组护生职业防护健康信念与防护行为各项评分及总分差异均无统计学意义,干预后两组护生职业防护健康信念与职业防护行为各项评分及总分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:高职护生职业防护健康信念影响着护生职业防护行为,依据健康信念模式制定的持续性职业防护教育方法有助于增强护生职业防护行为的依从性,能有效提高其自我防护能力。Objective:Discusses the application effect of the Health Belief Model in their occupational protection behavior of the higher vocational nursing interns..Methods:The 146 nursing interns were randomly divided into the observation group and the experimental group,with 73 cases respectively.The observation groups adopted traditional vocational protection education methods.The experimental group carried out continuous vocational protection education based on the Health Belief Model.Before and after the intervention,the two groups used the self-designed occupational protection health belief questionnaire and occupational protection behavior questionnaire to investigate.The contents of the investigation include the basic situation of Vocational nursing students,occupational health protection beliefs and protective behaviors,and the data were analyzed statistically.Results:Before the intervention,the scores and total scores of occupational protective health beliefs and behaviors of nursing students in two groups of vocational colleges were not statistically significant.After the intervention,the scores and total scores of occupational protective health beliefs and behaviors of nursing students in two groups of vocational colleges were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The occupational protective health belief of nursing students in higher vocational colleges influences the occupational protective behavior of nursing students.The continuous occupational protective education method based on the Health Belief Model is helpful to enhance the compliance of occupational protective behavior of nursing students in higher vocational colleges and effectively improve their self-protective behavior.
