摘　　要：人才培养方案是专业人才培养工作的根本,也是教学管理工作的核心内容,专业培养方案水平的高低直接影响人才培养的质量。该文结合某医学高职院校实践,对当前医学高职院校人才培养方案修订情况进行研究,分析其修订过程中存在的问题和难点及对策,为优化人才培养方案提供思路,使培养的医学人才更加贴近医疗行业需求,促进医学生实现高质量就业。Talent training program is the fundamental guideline for the professional talent training and the core content of teaching management.The level of professional training program directly affects the quality of talent training.This paper studies the current situation of the revision of talent training program in medical higher vocational colleges,analyzing the problems and difficulties in the process of their revision.Its aim is to provide ideas for optimizing the talents training program so that the medical talents can be more closely aligned with the needs of the medical industry and promote high-quality employment for medical students.
