基于科学知识图谱的国内家具智能制造研究现状分析

摘　　要：随着中国社会经济的快速发展,现代科技与家具制造业展开了新一轮的深度融合,智能制造是家具制造业发展的必由路径。分析关于国内家具智能制造的研究现状,总结研究热点的演变及未来的发展方向,可为从事家具智能制造及相关研究领域的科研学者提供一定的学术引导及借鉴。以中国知网、万方、维普三个数据库收录的2015年至2022年8月14日的中文期刊为数据来源,使用NoteExpress软件将有关家具智能制造的期刊文献进行数据清洗并建立数据库,利用CiteSpace可视化数据分析软件对“家具智能制造”主题内容进行研究脉络的横向梳理和发展趋势的纵向延伸,经发文机构与科研作者共现分析,了解到现阶段该学术领域的权威研究机构和核心领导者及交流合作现状;运用指数计算模型对年发文量进行分析,得出该领域内的发文趋势图;通过关键词共现与聚类分析,得出该领域的研究热点及前沿话题。研究表明,未来研究机构与作者团队间应该增加交流与合作,以促学科研究高质量的快速发展;未来的研究活动在对已持续热议的高价值内容深耕的同时,更要积极探索前沿主题内容的可发展性。With the rapid development of China’s social economy, modern science and technology and furniture manufacturing industry have launched a new round of deep integration, while intelligent manufacturing is the necessary development path of furniture manufacturing industry. Analyzing the research status of intelligent furniture manufacturing in China and summarizing the evolution of research hotspots and the future development direction can provide certain academic guidance and reference for scientific research scholars engaged in the fields of intelligent furniture manufacturing and related research. Taking the Chinese journals dating from 2015 to August 14,2022 included in the CNKI database, Wanfang database and VIP database as the data sources, this paper carries out data cleaning and builds database of journal literature by using NoteExpress software, and applies the CiteSpace visual data analysis software to analyze the theme content of "intelligent furniture manufacturing" and the vertical extension of the development trend. After the joint analysis of the publishing institutions and the scientific research authors, the current authoritative research institutions and core leaders and exchanges and cooperation of the academic field can be obtained. The index calculation model is also used to analyze the annual publication volume and draw out the post trend chart in this field. Through keyword co-occurrence and cluster analysis, the research hotspots and frontier topics in this field are obtained. Finally, it is pointed out that the communication and cooperation between the research institutions and the author team should be strengthened to promote the rapid development of the subject research, and to actively explore the development of the cutting-edge theme content in the future research activities.
