摘  要:为了避免因薪酬不公平导致人员流失的现象不断发生,本文利用流程控制法设计一种自动测评系统。综合导向性、独立性原则,从影响与责任、技能水平等角度选取岗位测评的一级、二级因素;构建模糊测评隶属度矩阵,确定因素权重;从而确定评价等级的云数字特征,完成岗位价值测评并得出量化值;通过SOA架构建立测评系统整体结构,并设计功能模块;采用流程控制技术将测评算法映射到系统中,确保系统按照算法步骤进行,自动完成岗位价值测评。实验证明,该系统的测评结果满足行业经验值分布,表明该方法的自动化程度较高,具有一定的科学性。In order to avoid the phenomenon of staff turnover due to unfair pay,this paper uses process control method to design an automat-ic evaluation system.Comprehensive orientation and independence principles,select the first and second factors of job evaluation from the perspectives of influence,responsibility,and skill level;construct a fuzzy evaluation membership matrix to determine factor weights;thereby determine the cloud digital characteristics of the evaluation level and complete the job Value evaluation and obtain quantitative values;establish the overall structure of the evaluation system through SOA architecture,and design func-tional modules;use process control technology to map the evaluation algorithm to the system to ensure that the system follows the algorithm steps and automatically completes the job value evaluation.Experiments show that the evaluation results of the sys-tem meet the industry experience value distribution,indicating that the method is highly automated and scientific.
