摘　　要：针对常州地区制造业升级过程中专业技术人才较为匮乏的现象,提出校企合作基础上的“多位一体”专业技术人才培养理念,在调研分析目前常州部分高校生产实习环节存在的问题的基础上,较为详尽地阐述生产实习环节融入“多位一体”理念的一些具体思路,以期能够充分整合利用常州现有的校企资源,以更为高效和精准的方式提升专业技术人才的后续储备,助推常州地区的制造业发展更上一个新的台阶。In view of the lack of professional and technical personnel in the process of manufacturing industry upgrading in Changzhou,this paper puts forward the concept of“multi boby”professional and technical personnel training on the basis of school-enterprises cooperation.Based on the investigation and analysis of the problems existing in the production practice in some colleges in Changzhou,this paper expounds in detail the integration of production practice and practice of the concept of“multi boby”Some specific ideas are expected to fully integrate and utilize the existing school-enterprise resources of Changzhou,improve the follow-up reserve of professional and technical personnel in a more efficient and accurate way,and boost the development of manufacturing industry in Changzhou to a new level.
