摘　　要：随着经济的发展和医疗技术的进步,在新的健康中国规划纲要中特别强调,健康中国的建设必需转换重治轻防到防治并重的观念。这对医疗行业既是机遇,也是挑战,必需构建新的防治体系方能应对这种挑战,同时为大众健康保驾护航。儿童孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)是儿童时期最常见的致残性疾病,在西部地区其诊疗资源极其匮乏,亟需构建一种新的诊疗模式提升其临床服务能力。拟通过构建ASD社区链式康复模式,阐述以家庭和社区为核心的链式康复模式在提升西部地区儿童ASD康复服务能力中的实践意义。With the development of the economy and the advancement of medical technology,it is particularly emphasized in the new healthy China planning outline that the construction of a healthy China must shift the concept of focusing on treatment over prevention to equal emphasis on prevention and treatment.This is both an opportunity and a challenge for the medical industry.It is necessary to build a new prevention and control system to cope with this challenge and protect public health at the same time.Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is the most common disabling disease in childhood,and its diagnosis and treatment resources are extremely scarce in western regions of China.It is urgent to construct a new diagnosis and treatment model to improve its clinical service capacity.Through the establishment of ASD chain rehabilitation mode,this paper explores the chain rehabilitation mode with family and community as the core in improving ASD rehabilitation service a bility in western regions of China.
