摘 要:随着认知语言学的建立,原型理论在各个领域都得到了广泛应用。文章阐述了原型理论的概念和特点,分析了基于原型理论的词汇联想学习法和词汇分类学习法,通过这些方法可以提高英语学习者的词汇认知和记忆效果,最后提出原型理论对外语教学中词汇教学的几点启示。With the establishment of Cognitive Linguistics,prototype theory has drawn widespread attention from scholars at home and abroad,and has been widely applied in various fields.By expounding the prototype theory and combining the characteristics of the prototype,the paper analyzes the vocabulary association learning method and the vocabulary classification learning method based on the prototype theory.English learners can use the typical members of a concept category or the typical meaning of a polysemous word for vocabulary association and classification,which can enhance their ability to build logical networks,thereby improving their English vocabulary cognition and memory.This would embody the application and implication value of prototype theory in English vocabulary acquisition and teaching.
