摘 要:从刀具切削刃曲线/刀具曲面、机床运动和工件表面三者间的几何学关系出发,研究了工件表面切削成形方法,以及考虑切削刀具分类的工件表面切削成形几何学方法。以成形车削圆锥面为例建立了成形车刀切削刃曲线和成形车削的数学模型,并对成形车削零件设计曲面进行了求解和仿真,以成形车削圆锥滚子轴承内圈沟道为例,验证了数学模型的可靠性。针对切削力因素产生的刀具与工件间的相对变位,建立了成形车削工件表面数学模型并进行了仿真。Based on the geometric relationship among the cutting edge curve/tool surface,machine tools motion and work-piece surface,the methods of cutting forming of work-piece surface are studied.The geometric methods of cutting forming of work-piece surface considering cutting tool classification are presented.Taking forming turning conical surface as an example,the mathematical models of forming turning tool cutting edge curve and forming turning are established,and the design surface of forming turning parts was solved and simulated.Taking forming turning conical roller bearing inner ring channel as an example,the reliability of mathematical model is verified.For the relative displacement between the tool and the work-piece caused by cutting force,a mathematical model of forming turning work-piece surface is established,and the simulation are carried out.
