摘　　要：“筋骨并重”是郑氏伤科的重要学术思想之一,其立足筋与骨的相互关系指导骨伤科疾病诊断、治疗及康复全过程的实施,尤其是在骨折的诊治中,“筋骨并重”更是发挥了实质性的指导作用。本文通过对郑氏伤科“筋骨并重”思想的提炼、挖掘及解析,并结合郑怀贤教授及其传人的临床实践经验,从而分析“筋骨并重”在骨折的诊断、治疗及康复过程中的具体意义,旨在深度剖析郑氏伤科理论与临床经验,为丰富中医骨伤科基础理论提供方向,为中医骨伤科临床实践提供依据。"laying equal stress on the muscles and bones"is one of the important academic thoughts of Zheng's traumatology,based on the relationship between muscles and bones,it guides the implementation of the whole process of diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation of orthopedic diseases,especially in the diagnosis and treatment of fractures,"laying equal stress on the muscles and bones"has played a substantial guiding role.In this paper,the author tried to refine,excavate and analyze the thought of"laying equal stress on bones and muscles"in Zheng's department of traumatology,and combined with the clinical experience of Professor Zheng Huaixian and his successors,the concrete significance of"laying equal stress on muscle and bone"in the process of diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation of fracture is analyzed.The purpose of this study is to analyze the theory and clinical experience of Zheng's orthopedics and traumatology,to provide direction for enriching the basic theory of orthopedics and traumatology,and to provide basis for the clinical practice of orthopedics and traumatology.
