扬刺法联合盐酸达克罗宁胶浆外用治疗3岁小儿腱鞘囊肿1例

摘　　要：腱鞘囊肿是发于关节处腱鞘内的囊性肿物,本病小儿发作较为少见。现临床利用传统扬刺法治疗3岁小儿患者右腕关节掌侧腱鞘囊肿1例,并在治疗时尝试配合盐酸达克罗宁胶浆局部外用以减轻扬刺法的强刺激,保证患儿顺利完成治疗过程,最终取得预期结果,且疗效佳、疗程短。Tendon cyst is a cystic mass in the tendon sheath at the joint,and the disease is relatively rare in children.One case of palmar ganglion cyst of the right wrist in a 3-year-old child was treated by traditional yang thorn and puncture combined with local and external application of dacronine hydrochloride colloidal slurry,in order to reduce the strong stimulation of the Yang thorn,to ensure that children successfully complete the treatment process.The treatment finally achieved the expected results,and the curative effect was good and the course of treatment was short.
