摘 要:采用全因子试验设计方法,研究胶合温度(25、60、70、80℃)、加压时间(45、7、6、5 min)和涂胶量(160、180、200 g/m~2)对双组份聚异氰酸酯乳液型胶黏剂胶合制备两层实木复合地板尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明:在以柞木为面层、欧洲云杉为底层,热压温度80℃、加压时间5 min、涂胶量160 g/m~2的胶合工艺下,两层实木复合地板的尺寸稳定性达到GB/T 18103—2013《实木复合地板》要求,同时生产效率较高、成本较低,满足企业实际需求,建议为优选工艺。The effects of pressing temperature(25 ℃,60 ℃,70 ℃,80 ℃),pressing time(45 min,7 min,6 min,5 min) and resin spreading amount(160 g/m~2,180 g/m~2,200 g/m~2) on the dimensional stability of two-layer engineered wood flooring bonded with two component polyisocyanate adhesive were studied by full factorial experimental design.The surface layer of the two-layer engineered wood flooring was oak,and the bottom layer was European spruce.The results showed that the pressing process with hot pressing temperature of 80 ℃,pressing time of 5 min and resin spreading amount of 160 g/m~2 was the optimized process.The dimensional stability of two-layer engineered wood flooring bonded with the optimized process met the requirements of GB/T 18103—2013 Engineered wood flooring.The optimized process could meet the actual needs of enterprises for its high production efficiency and low cost.
