摘 要:针对强化木地板耐水性差的问题,采用正交试验设计,系统研究了热压温度、热压压力、热压时间对纤维板基材防潮耐水性能的影响规律;探讨了封边材料对强化木地板吸水率和吸水厚度膨胀率的影响,并通过中试研究熟化高防潮强化木地板制备工艺。研究结果表明,纤维板基材的优化制备工艺为热压温度180℃、热压压力5.4 MPa、热压时间230 s,此时基材吸水厚度膨胀率低于4%;与普通石蜡封边强化木地板相比,使用改性石蜡封边处理后的防水性能提升幅度达52.39%。In view of the poor water resistance of laminate flooring,the effects of hot pressing temperature,hot pressing pressure and hot pressing time on the moisture resistance and water resistance of fiberboard substrate were systematically studied by orthogonal experimental design;The effects of edge sealing materials on water absorption and thickness expansion rate of laminate flooring were discussed,and the preparation technology of high moisture-proof laminate flooring was mature through pilot test.The results indicated that the optimal preparation process of fiberboard substrate was hot pressing temperature 180 ℃,hot pressing pressure 5.4MPa and hot-pressing time 230 s.At this time,the water absorption thickness expansion rate of the substrate less than 4%.Compared with the ordinary paraffin edge sealing laminate floor,the waterproof performance of the modified paraffin edge sealing laminate floor can be improved by 52.39%.
