摘　　要：卓-艾综合征(Zallinger-Ellison syndrome,ZES)是一种罕见的神经内分泌肿瘤,常表现为难治性消化性溃疡伴随消化道出血、穿孔可能,国内外尚无系统的诊疗方案,易被误诊误治,进而影响其治疗策略及整体预后,故在临床中必须考虑ZES的可能性。研究ZES当前的诊疗进展至关重要,可为诊断、治疗及预防ZES提供新的思路。Zallinger-Ellison syndrome(ZES)is a rare neuroendocrine tumor,which is often characterized by refractory peptic ulcer accompanied by gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation.There is no systematic diagnosis and treatment plan at home and abroad,so it is easy to be misdiagnosed and mistreated.Therefore,because it may change its treatment strategy and overall prognosis,the possibility of ZES must be considered in clinic.It is very important to study the current progress of diagnosis and treatment of ZES,which provides new ideas for the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of ZES.
