摘  要:针对国内缺乏滑雪板摩擦因数检测装置的问题,设计了一种基于柔性铰链的滑雪板摩擦因数测试装置.在研究滑雪板摩擦因数测试理论的基础上,确定加载方案,完成测试装置结构设计;确定柔性铰链设计参数,进行仿真分析,确定形变量与载荷之间的关系,验证设计的合理性;搭建滑雪板摩擦因数测试装置物理样机,开展测试及对比试验.测试结果表明:该测试装置能够有效测量出滑雪板与雪面间的摩擦因数,验证了该设计的正确性及合理性.Aiming at the lack of testing equipment for the friction factor of skis in China,a testing device for the friction factor of skis based on flexible hinges was designed.On the basis of studying the friction factor test theory of skis,the loading plan was determined and the structural design of the test device was completed;Determine the design parameters of the flexible hinge,conduct simulation analysis,determine the relationship between the deformation variable and the load,and verify the rationality of the design;Build the ski friction,the physical prototype of the factor test device is used to carry out tests and comparative experiments.The test results show that the test device can effectively measure the friction factor between the ski and the snow surface,which verifies the correctness and rationality of the design.
