摘  要:真对KW水平造型线生产的主减速器壳铸件缩孔、缩松缺陷问题;通过凝固模拟分析,采取优化浇注系统、增加冒口以及发热冒口套等工艺改善措施。实施后消除了铸件的缩孔、缩松缺陷,实现了合格产品批量化稳定生产。Shrinkage hole and shrinkage defect of main reducer shell castings produced by KW horizontal molding line;Through the solidification simulation analysis,the process improvement measures such as optimizing the pouring system,increasing risers and heating risers were adopted.After the implementation,the defects of shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity of castings are eliminated,and the stable production of qualified products is realized.
