摘  要:为响应阀门市场由大批量单一材质转向小批量多种材质的需求,开发了可用于WCC、CF8M、C12A三种铸钢材质阀盖的铸造工艺。分析了阀盖铸件常见的缩孔、缩松、气孔、夹杂物等缺陷的形成原因,通过MAGMASOFT®的DOE功能,对冒口工艺参数和浇注系统进行优化设计,确定选用锥形浇注系统、增加冒口数量和放置冷铁的优化工艺。采用该优化工艺可生产出上述三种材质的合格阀盖铸件。In order to respond to the demand of valve market from a large number of single material to a small number of multiple materials,the casting process for WCC,CF8M and C12A casting steel valve covers was developed.The defects of shrinkage cavity,shrinkage porosity,porosity and inclusion defects in casting were analyzed.Using MAGMASOFT®DOE function,the process parameters of risers and the pouring system design were optimized,and the process plan of increasing the number of risers and placing chills was determined,and the conical pouring system was selected.Qualified valve cover castings of the above three materials were produced by the optimized process.
