摘  要:归纳总结了铝合金低压铸造产品生产的工艺流程,对铸造各工序的危险源点进行辨识,并从安全管理、安全制度体系角度提出了具体管控措施。结果表明,通过明确职责、加强管理、建立体系、完善制度等一系列常态化管控措施,有助于预防铝合金低压铸造企业安全生产事故的发生,为行业企业的安全生产奠定坚实的基础。This paper summarizes the production process of aluminum alloy low pressure casting products,identifies the hazard points of each casting process,puts forward prevention and control measures from the angle of safety management measures and safety system.The results show that,taking a series of normal control measures by clarifying responsibilities,strengthening management,establishing systems and improving systems,is helpful to prevent safety production accidents in aluminum alloy low pressure casting enterprises.It can also lay a solid foundation for the safety production of industry enterprises.
