摘　　要：工时定额是生产计划安排、工作量计算、成本核算及考核的重要依据,是工作量衡量的尺度,在企业的生产、劳动、成本等计划的编制、任务量核算、工序能力平衡、资源均衡利用等方面应用,为企业科学管理提供基础和支撑。对于促进企业合理地组织劳动与分工、科学组织生产、提高企业对生产活动中人力、物力、财力配备,提升劳动生产率及经济效益具有重要意义。高压开关产品装配工时定额在手工装配条件下研究不同工序工时定额方法,通过测量、写实以及测时法,用图像法、回归分析法、复合函数等先进的定额技术和工具,建立劳动定额计算各类数学模型,制定工时定额数据及标准、探索高压开关产品装配工时定额计算和应用,推动劳动定额科学化、标准化、现代化。The working hour quota was an important basis for production planning,workload calculation,cost accounting and assessment,and it was the measure of workload.It was used in the application of planning,task quantity accounting,process capacity balance,balanced utilization of resources to provide the basis and support for the scientific management of enterprises in the other aspects of production,labor,costs.It was of great significance to promote the rational organization of labor and division of labor,the scientific organization of production,the improvement of human,material and financial resources in the production activities of enterprises,and the improvement of labor productivity and economic benefits.High-voltage switch product assembly working hour quota researched the working hour quota method of different processes under manual assembly conditions,and established labor quota various calculation model through measurement,realism,and time measurement methods,image method,regression analysis method,compound function and so on.Formulated the working hour quota data and standards,we explored the calculation and application of the high-voltage switch product assembly working hour quota,and promoted scientific,standardization and modernization of the labor quota.
