高校资产公物仓平台的应用——以XZ高校为例

摘　　要：为了与国有资产系统中的其他功能模块共联共通,文章构建了基于国有资产管理平台的校公物仓平台。平台采用B/S结构,支持组织架构的搭建及相应的权限设置,支持表单内容自定义和查询统计等应用,提供可视化的基础数据和流程设置,同时支持电脑端和移动端。校公物仓以网上商城的模式呈现,资产在平台里按流程审批和流转,实现资产的全流程管理。平台的应用大大地促进了资产流转及共享使用,较好地避免了资产重复购买问题,基本实现了实验耗材零库存,资产利用绩效提升明显。Build the school public property warehouse platform based on the state-owned assets management platform,and connect with other functional modules in the state-owned assets system.The platform adopts B/S structure and supports the establishment of organizational structure and corresponding permission settings.Support application such as form content customization and query statistics.Provide visual basic data and process settings,and support both computer and mobile terminals.The school public property warehouse is presented in the mode of online shopping mall.The assets are approved and transferred according to the process in the platform to realize the whole process management of the assets.After the application of the platform,it greatly promoted the circulation and sharing of assets,better avoided the problem of repeated purchase of assets,basically realized the zero inventory of experimental consumables,and significantly improved the asset utilization performance.
