摘 要:有砟道床是铁道线路重要的承载部件。列车不断通过时产生的载荷使其承受着静态和动态应力,道砟之间因不断发生的位移和磨损而发生粉化板结,随着时间推移,会损害有砟道床原始设计性能,导致其难以发挥承载的机能,从而危及轨道稳定性和行车安全。道砟清筛可以恢复有砟道床的承载机能。道砟的清筛最初依赖于人工进行,并在后续的发展过程中逐渐实现机械化,为此目的而设计制造的首台清筛机大约出现于100年前。文章将基于有砟道床的劣化规律和有砟道床清筛的重要性,对道砟清筛机及其发展历程进行介绍。The ballast bed is the load-bearing element of a railway track.Traffi c load subjects the ballast bed to static and dynamic stresses,causing ballast stone movement and wear that leads to fouling.Over time,this causes the ballast bed to signifi cantly deviate from its original specifi cations--it can no longer adequately fulfi ll its load-bearing function,thus endangering track stability and operating safety.It has been recognized early on that,by cleaning the ballast,the load-bearing function of the ballast bed can be restored.Initially,ballast cleaning was carried out manually.Still,soon this arduous manual task was mechanized-the first machines built for this purpose appeared about 100 years ago.Based on the deterioration law of ballast beds and the importance of ballast bed cleaning,this paper introduces the ballast cleaning machine and its development history.
