摘　　要：《局方发挥》反映了元代医家朱丹溪的疾病观。通过研读该书,认为朱丹溪的疾病观以火热病机为中心且颇具特色,包括言病因、不节情欲饮食皆能化火生热;言病机,火热内生伤阴,寒热真假当辨;言治病,虽基于辨证辨病,然病机多缘火热内生,故治疗多欲以滋阴之法成降火之功,力匡贪服燥热时弊,强调反佐寒凉之法。朱丹溪的疾病观尊奉经典,发挥诸家,援儒入医,自立言论,力抨时弊,影响深远,体现了朱丹溪在金元医学的大变革中集大成者的历史地位。Ju Fang Fa Hui reflects ZHU Danxi's view on disease in the Yuan Dynasty.Through studying the book,it is concluded that his view of disease centers on the pathogenesis of heat,which is quite characteristic.As for the cause of the disease,uncontrolled passion,abstinence from food,will lead to fire heat.As for the pathogenesis,internal heat on endogeny hurts Yin and it's hard to judge whether you're hot or cold.As for cure,though you can see the symptoms and judge the illness,the pathogenesis is mostly due to the heat.So the treatment is more to achieve the effect of the heat with the method of nourishing Yin and avoid excessive use of medicines that probably cause excessive internal heat.On the contrary,emphasize the use of cooling and calming techniques.ZHU's view inherits the classics,absorbs various viewpoints,and introduces Confucianism into the medical theory,which has its own system,and opposes the theoretical drawbacks at that time,with far-reaching influence.It fully embodies the historical position of ZHU Danxi's great success in the great reform of medical science in Jin and Yuan Dynasties.
