肺癌患者舌下络脉积分与血清VEGF水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌患者舌下络脉积分与血清血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)水平之间的关系。方法运用陈氏舌下络脉评分法对120例肺癌患者及50例健康体检者的舌下络脉进行量化评分,采用Elisa法检测血清VEGF水平,分析舌下络脉特征积分与血清VEGF表达的相关性。结果肺癌患者舌下络脉积分、血清VEGF表达水平均高于健康体检者(P<0.0001)。经Spearman秩相关分析显示,舌下络脉积分与血清VEGF表达水平高度相关(r=0.661,P<0.0001)。结论肺癌患者舌下络脉积分与血清VEGF表达量存在明显正相关关系,推断VEGF诱导的血管生成可能参与肺癌患者异常舌下络脉的形成。Objective:To explore the relationship between sublingual collateral score and VEGF level in patients with lung cancer.Methods:The CHEN's sublingual collateral score method was used to quantitatively score the sublingual collateral of 120 patients with lung cancer and 50 healthy subjects.The level of serum VEGF was detected by Elisa,and the relationship between sublingual collateral feature score and serum VEGF expression was analyzed.Results:The sublingual collateral score and serum VEGF expression level of lung cancer patients were higher than those of healthy people(P<0.0001).Spearman rank correlation analysis results showed that the sublingual collateral score was highly correlated with serum VEGF expression levels(r=0.661,P<0.0001).Conclusion:There is a significant positive correlation between the sublingual collateral score and serum VEGF expression in patients with lung cancer.It is inferred that VEGF-induced angiogenesis may be involved in the formation of abnormal sublingual collateral in patients with lung cancer.
