略论北朝妇女在婚姻家庭中的地位

摘　　要：北朝时期,由于礼法失序,女性经济地位较独立,以及鲜卑族原始遗风的影响,导致妇女在婚姻家庭中地位较高。在婚姻方面,妇女拥有一定的自主择偶权,并享有离婚、再婚的自由;在家庭方面,妇女操持门户,主持家政,教育子女,管制丈夫。北朝妇女在婚姻家庭中自由、独立的表现,在一定程度上反映了当时女性自我意识的觉醒。In the Northern dynasty,women had a higher status in marriage and family due to the disorder of rites and laws,the relatively independent economic status of women and the influence of the original customs of xianbei nationality.In terms of marriage,women have the right to choose a spouse independently and enjoy the freedom of divorce and remarriage.In the family,women run the house,manage the household,educate their children,and control their husbands.The free and independent status of women in marriage and family in the Northern Dynasty reflected the awakening of women's self-consciousness at that time to some extent.
