摘 要:我国目前已有超过9000万人患有高脂血症。高脂血症对人体的损害是隐匿的,通常无明显临床症状,是导致多种心血管疾病的重要诱因。金花葵中的黄酮类化合物、不饱和脂肪酸可清除血浆中的胆固醇,有明显降血脂效果。对金花葵的主要药理化学成分、作用药理机制、主要生物活性及使用金花葵治疗高脂血症的主要药理作用机制进行综述,为金花葵治疗高脂血症提供理论参考。There are more than 90 million people suffering from hyperlipidemia in China.The damage of hyperlipidemia to the human body is concealed,usually without obvious clinical symptoms,and causes a variety of cardiovascular diseases.The flavonoids and unsaturated fatty acids in the Aurea helianthus can remove cholesterol in the plasma and have a significant effect on lowering blood lipids.This article gave a review of the main pharmacological chemical components,pharmacological mechanisms,main biological activities of the predecessors of the Aurea helianthus,as well as the main pharmacological mechanism of the use of Aurea helianthus in the treatment of hyperlipidemia,and provided a theoretical reference for the treatment of hyperlipidemia with Aurea helianthus.
