摘 要:在国际竞争加剧和行业转型升级的大背景下,土木工程专业领域对应用科研型创新人才的需求与日俱增。科教融合是培养应用科研型创新人才的有效途径,也是建设世界一流大学的核心理念。基于对土木工程专业课程教学现状的思考与分析,分别以专业课程、教师、学生作为对象,提出了切实可行的科教融合教学改革措施。通过科研助力教学,教学反哺学生,人才服务社会,良性发展得以实现。科教融合不仅能增加学生课程学习的深度和广度,还能提升教学质量、培养创新型人才、助推学科发展、凸显学科优势和特色,是现代高等教育人才培养的必经之路。In the context of intensified international competition and industry transformation and upgrading,the demand for applied scientific research innovative talents is increasing day by day.The integration of science and education is an effective way to cultivate talents for applied scientific research,and it is also the core concept of building a world-class university.According to the current thinking and analysis of the teaching status of civil engineering professional courses,taking professional courses,teachers,and students as the objects respectively,practical and feasible reform measures for the integration of science and education are proposed.Through scientific research to help teaching,teaching to feed the students,and talents to serve the society,benign development is realized.The integration of science and education can not only improve the depth and scope of students’curriculum learning,but also improve teaching quality,cultivate innovative talents,promote the development of disciplines,and highlight the advantages and characteristics of disciplines.It is the only way to cultivate talents in modern higher education.
