摘　　要：食管是肺外原发性小细胞癌最常见的部位。原发性食管小细胞癌属于食管神经内分泌癌,是一种具有高度侵袭性的恶性肿瘤,其发病率较低,生物学行为和治疗模式与食管鳞癌或食管腺癌有所区别,预后也相对较差。近年来,原发性食管小细胞癌的发病率呈上升趋势,越来越受到肿瘤领域专家的关注。其治疗有多种途径,包括内镜、手术、化疗、放疗、新辅助治疗、靶向治疗、免疫治疗等,本文重点就原发性食管小细胞癌近年来的治疗进展作一综述。The esophagus is one of the most common sites of extra pulmonary primary small cell carcinoma.Primary small cell carcinoma of the esophagus is a type of esophageal neuroendocrine carcinoma.And primary small cell carcinoma of the esophagus is a highly aggressive malignancy with a low incidence,which biological behavior and treatment patterns are different from esophageal squamous cell carcinoma or esophageal adenocarcinoma,and with a relatively poor prognosis.The esophagus is the most common sites of extrapulmonary primary small cell carcinoma.In recent years,the incidence of primary small cell carcinoma of esophagus has been on the rise,and it has attracted more and more attention from experts in the field of oncology.There are mang the rapeutic schemes,induding endoscopy,surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,neoadjuvant therapy,immunoth erogy,etc.This article mainly reviews the recent research progress of treatment on primary small cell carcinoma of the esophagus.
