基于PLECS的S型给定曲线在特种电源中的仿真研究

摘  要:用于大电感负载的大功率高精度脉冲式特种电源,其电流给定波形通常以T形波的形式给出,当电流给定上升和下降过快,拐弯处不加圆弧时,使得拐弯处电流的跟踪误差变大,且造成功率器件的不可逆性损坏。本文提出将S型曲线应用到特种电源的电流给定波形中。对S型曲线的原理进行了分析,并结合波形推导出了分段函数,在PLECS软件中进行模块化编程,通过仿真验证了波形的正确性;结合特种电源常用拓扑电路及波形参数,分别对电流给定波形在拐弯处带圆弧和不带圆弧时的电流跟踪误差进行了仿真,通过仿真对比研究,电流给定波形在拐弯处带圆弧时可以减小特种电源的跟踪误差。The given current waveform is usually given in the form of T-shaped wave. When the current is given to rise and fall too fast and the arc is not added at the corner,the tracking error of the current at the corner becomes larger and the irreversibility of the power device is damaged. In this paper,S-type curve is applied to the given current waveform of special power supply. The principle of S-curve is analyzed,and the piecewise function is derived based on the waveform. The modularization programming is carried out in PLECS software,and the correctness of the waveform is verified by simulation. Combined with the common topological circuit and waveform parameters of special power supply,the current tracking errors of given current waveform with and without arc at turning point are simulated respectively. Through the comparison of simulation,the tracking errors of special power supply can be reduced when given current waveform with arc at turning point.
