婴幼儿配方乳粉对小鼠体质发育及品质综合评价

摘  要:以所选DA、DB和FC、FD 4个品牌共4种婴幼儿配方乳粉为研究对象,对其主要营养指标进行测定及感官评价;给小鼠喂养4个品牌II段婴幼儿配方乳粉并以普通日粮为对照,检测其对每组小鼠学习记忆能力、体格发育与耐力的影响,并采用熵权法结合灰色关联度分析法对4种婴幼儿配方乳粉的品质进行综合评价。结果表明,4个品牌乳粉样品各营养成分无显著差异(P>0.05),FC、FD的感官得分显著高于DA、DB(P<0.05)。实验组小鼠体格发育优于对照组,DB组的体格发育值显著高于其他实验组(P<0.05),而实验组间学习记忆能力与耐力等均无显著差异(P>0.05),实验组负重游泳时间与肝糖原储备量均高于对照组,DA、DB样品的蛋白质真消化率均高于FC、FD样品。综合评价方法12个评价指标权重均集中在0.08~0.09之间;4种乳粉灰色关联度分析法评分别为0.8974、0.9065、0.9130、0.9280,且4种婴幼儿配方乳粉间综合品质无显著差异(P>0.05)。Taking four kinds of infant formulas of DA,DB and FC,FD brands as the research objects,and their main nutritional indicators were measured and the sensory evaluation was evaluated;Four brands of stage II infant formulas were fed to mice with normal maintenance diet as control,and each group`s effects on learning and memory ability,physical development and endurance of mice were detected.Also the quality of four kinds of infant formulas was comprehensively evaluated by entropy weight method and grey correlation analysis.The results showed that there was no significant difference in nutritional components among the four brands of infant formulas samples(P>0.05),and the sensory scores of FC and FD were significantly higher than those of DA and DB(P<0.05).The physical development of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.The value of physical development of DB was significantly higher than that of other experimental groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in learning and memory ability and endurance among the experimental groups(P>0.05).The weight-bearing swimming time and liver glycogen reserve of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.The true digestibility of protein of DA and DB were higher than that of FC and FD.The weights of 12 evaluation indexes in the comprehensive evaluation method are concentrated between 0.08 and 0.09;The grey correlation analysis of four kinds of infant formula milk powder was 0.8974,0.9065,0.9130 and 0.9280 respectively,and there was no significant difference in comprehensive quality between four infant formulas(P>0.05).
