摘  要:结直肠癌是全世界发病率较高的恶性肿瘤,治疗过程中易发生复发、转移,病死率高,因此分析相关生物学指标在肿瘤进展中的作用机制,对寻找有效靶标治疗结直肠癌具有重要临床意义。环氧化酶(cyclooxygenase,COX)是将花生四烯酸催化为前列腺素的关键酶,包含COX-1、COX-2两种同工酶,其中COX-2为环氧化酶的诱导型,在恶性肿瘤中呈高表达。COX-2高表达可通过促进肿瘤细胞增殖、促进肿瘤血管形成等多种途径促进肿瘤发生。本文就COX-2的结构特征、在结直肠癌中的作用及其抑制剂在肿瘤中的应用作一全面综述。Colorectal cancer is a malignant tumor with high incidence rate worldwide.It is easy to have a relapse and metastasis during treatment,and the mortality is high.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to analyze the mechanism of relevant biological indicators in tumor progression for finding effective targets for the treatment of colorectal cancer.Cyclooxygenase(COX)is the key to catalyzing arachidonic acid into prostaglandins,including COX-1 and COX-2 isoenzymes,of which COX-2 is the inducible type of cyclooxygenase,and is highly expressed in malignant tumors.High expression of COX-2 can promote tumorigenesis by enhancing tumor cell proliferation and tumor angiogenesis.Based on this,this paper reviews the structural characteristics of COX-2,its role in colorectal cancer and the application of COX-2 inhibitors in tumors.
